Are you a local company?

The answer is yes! We fell in love the Island and moved here 2 years ago and we love it! another advantage to you is we can warranty our work and do it quickly. We don't have to travel or charge travel time which is a clear advantage to you which reduces travel time and costs other contractors charge. We also value supporting other local businesses.

How can I get an estimate?

Give us a call so that we can discuss your project needs and determine the costs of the job. We like to arrive within 2-3 days of initial contact. For quick fixes, we can usually provide a ballpark quote over the phone. Larger projects will require us to sit down with you and discuss deposits with the strategy. Once we’ve met with you, we can then provide a comprehensive breakdown of the costs for materials and labor before giving you a final quote for the job. We also can use FaceTime or Zoom to give an online quote for quick results.

Will you purchase the materials, or do I have to get them myself?

Depending on your home improvement project, we can offer options for materials to suit your budget. If you need paint, flooring, or wall paneling solutions, we’ll be happy to bring along our own professional-grade products, or you can choose to procure them yourself. We can also recommend certified manufacturers for all your home repair and construction needs.

Do I need to be home at the time of service?

Most clients like to be home when we arrive, at least for the first day of service, but you don’t necessarily need to be. We will need to have access to your property, but other than that, you’re free to go about your day in whatever way you want. We’re flexible like that, and we’ll be sure to find a solution that stays convenient for you. If out of town we often send our clients photos of the work as it progresses.

How soon can we start?

Several factors can affect the start time. One is the season and with not living off Island we can work longer and not have to travel. We usually like to start a project within 2-3 weeks of initial contact. however, sometimes we have trades that may be booked up and can delay the job. The time allows us to plan and strategize with you to find materials and plan accordingly.

Do I Need to give a deposit?

Yes we do to book your place. On jobs under $2000 we require a deposit to book you in line. Please note we usually have a wait list and clients who give a deposit secure a much quicker start time and will be prioritized

Do you offer help for seniors with home repairs?

Absolutely! If you’re a senior who needs help getting repairs for your home, we can help. Our trusted services cover a wide variety of odd jobs in and around your home, so you won’t have to worry about getting them done yourself. You can trust our technicians to offer you reliable and courteous service and to make you feel safe and secure while they’re in your home. We offer a no GST discount for seniors at certain times of the year in our promotions.

How long does each Job take? How long do I have to wait for your team to return?

When we start your job, we are usually there every day until completion. No waiting for us to come back a week later. For example: We start a 3 day job for you on a Monday. We show up on Monday and Tuesday and finish Wednesday. Now keep in mind if we are extremely busy or have give you a discounted price, there may be a few days in between our visits. Sometimes our Electricians and Plumbers are booked up and can delay things. This depends on the job and if we have to wait for inspections to pass.
