We needed some work done relating to a basement renovation. Kevin was prompt in his service delivery and did an excellent job. I highly recommend him.

This was a particular challenge for Kevin. Flooding from an upstairs unit’s bathroom ,flowing directly to apartment . below . After a week of drying (ceiling opened to release any contained water ) the profesional was called in. Kevin somehow , in a small area, managed to reconstruct the ceiling which was no easy task . However through studs added, than drywall etc . job looked like new . Painting as well to match the existing . This sounds trivial but a lot of work required again no easy task. My Hat’s off to kevin and would highly recommend his Company. He kept his quote therefore within budget. Oh ! did I mention he cleaned up the mess resultin from this ?

Quite the Specialist ! Called upon to repair ( what I thought) was an easy fix . Wrong!! this job required more than just a patch . Unfortunately , a flooded bathroom from up stairs sent the overflow of water to this unit. Studs , ceiling and painting required to bring back to normal. Kevin managed to do this in several days . The room was very ackward , so moving to repair was not an easy task. Kevin certainly had a challenge . My Hat's off to Kevin and definately would recommend him to everyone. Thank you Kevin ! Did I mention as well he cleaned up after himself so no worries about a mess being left behind.
